Cancellation policy for individual reservations – Afbókunarskilmálar fyrir einstaklingsbókanir:
» Advance Purchase rates are fully pre-paid, non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or modified.

» Our cancellation policy is 7 days before arrival 00:00(GMT). If the reservation is cancelled after that then the entire reservation will be charged.

» Afbókunarfrestur er 7 daga fyrir komu kl. 00:00(GMT). Ef afbókað er eftir það þá verður öll gistingin rukkuð.

Cancellation policy for groups (4 rooms or more) — Afbókunarskilmálar fyrir hópabókanir (4 herbergi og fleiri):
» If cancellation is received before 10 weeks prior to the arrival the confirmation fee can be transferred to a new reservation.

» Cancellation received between 8-4 weeks prior to the arrival of the group the Company will pay 50% of total cost.

» Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival of the group the Company will pay 100% of total cost.

» No show is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of all services booked.

» A partial cancellation (30% or less) of a group are free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival.

» A partial cancellation (10% or less) of a group are free of charge until 1 week before arrival.

» Cancellations must be sent in writing and reconfirmed by Umi Hotel in writing in order to apply.
